Forestville, WI: For the first time at the Expo, a Fishing 101 Clinic, hosted by National Professional Anglers Association member Aaron Peterson (#811) will be a fun filled educational experience for youth and adults of all ages. These new fishing clinics and seminars are included in over 90 hands-on activities featuring outdoor education, sports and recreation during the 14th Annual Missouri River Outdoor Expo held at Ponca State Park in Northeastern Nebraska, September 15-16, 2018. Guided shuttles will run continuously to three locations within Ponca State Park — Resource & Education Center, Eric Wiebe Shooting Complex & Riverfront, where events are scheduled.
The Future Angler Foundation and NPAA donated rod/reel combos and Future Pro T-shirts for the clinics and seminars. Peterson’s first clinic is scheduled for 10:00am on Saturday September 15th near the pond at the Resource Education Center.
The Missouri River Outdoor Expo is the largest outdoor expo in the Midwest. Over 50,000 people visit yearly including youth from 26 schools.
