Ladies Catch Permit and Pompano for Mother’s Day Ladies, Let’s Go Fishing Palm Beach County Surf Fishing Clinic May 11

Ladies came from around the state to learn surf fishing at the Ladies, Let’s Go Fishing seminar in Palm Beach County. With coaching by Pompano Rich Vidulich, Jeff Daugherty and Allison Stattner, the group caught or released a permit, six pompano, three whiting, three sand perch and a snook. The largest fish, a 10 lb. permit, was hooked by Nancy Rudick, Pompano Beach, FL, who also caught a pompano and a whiting.

Held on Juno Beach to encourage mothers, daughters and families to fish together on Mother’s Day Weekend, the event included hands-on instruction and fishing on the beach.
